**Eligibility Criteria**:

- **Diploma or ITI or Btech** in Mechanical / Mechatronics / Production / Tool & Die / related disciplines.
- Prior experience in academic or industrial labs is an advantage (Freshers can also apply).
- Basic knowledge of workshop tools, machines, safety procedures, and lab instruments.
- Ability to maintain lab records and assist faculty and students during practical sessions.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Set up and maintain lab equipment and machinery before each session.
- Assist faculty members during laboratory classes and student experiments.
- Ensure proper safety measures are followed in the lab/workshop.
- Keep inventory of tools, instruments, and consumables.
- Handle maintenance, servicing, and minor repairs of machines.
- Support in conducting internal/external practical exams and project work.
