We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Representative, Global Tax Management to join our BNY Pershing team. This role is in Chennai & Pune
- Hybrid

**_Responsibilities: _**

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

- Daily responsibilities include the reconciliation of securities between the cost basis system and books and records and interpretation of corporate action terms for cost basis.
- Review of cost basis, unrealized/realized gains and losses on monthly statements.
- Interaction with other internal Pershing departments such as corporate actions, mutual funds, and account transfers. Some departmental testing.
- Should be good team player and flexible to adopt the business requirement.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

- Experience in processing Cash dividends for US/UK/Euroclear/International Markets - Stocks/Unit Trust/Bonds payments
2. Sound knowledge in Corp Actions/Settlements /Transfers events affecting Cash/ Stock positions
5. Experience in advanced Excel formulas, Macros
6. Flexible to work in rotational shifts between 11AM IST to 11PM IST.
