**Counselor responsibilities and duties**
- The Visa and Immigration Counselor must oversee all aspects of the Visa and Immigration Service, ensuring that the process runs smoothly.
- Must oversee the completion of all relevant visa and immigration documents and ensure that they are received within the time limit set by the government.
- The Immigration Counselor works collaborativelywith on and off-campus partners to find suitable colleges/ schools for students andprovide them with the necessary support, resources, and information.
- Immigration advising for staff and faculty in supporting international students is essential, and the Immigration Consultant must manage individual cases and ensure a consistent approach is maintained that balances confidentiality with the student’s welfare.
- Call potential customers through daily assigned leads and secure appointments for the week.
- Give clear and accurate information based on the current immigration & visa laws & policies.
- Provide a personal global career strategy customized to their needs.
- Achieve excellent customer service by proactively responding to client queries and advising customers on their overseas immigration and visa needs.
- Provide professional consultation to high-net-worth clients.
- Perform sales pitch to interest prospects and close them on the spot.
- Meet the assigned targets.
- Must be able to fulfill other duties as they may arise

Counselor qualifications and skills
- Should have sales experience in Visa and Immigration industry.
- Experience: 1+ Year into Immigration (mandatory).
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to empathize with clients
- Experience writing assessments and reports to monitor client progress
- Proficient with MS Office

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
