Roles and Responsibilities
Develop relationships with industry professionals, vendors, competitors, customers and other personnel
Produce reports regarding new prospects.
Focused on retaining clients and optimizing revenues and ensuring that monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets are met through revenue generation from existing clients.
Establish and maintain productive, professional relationships with clients
Developing & implementing competitive selling programs/strategies to raise solution awareness and increase the growth of the business.
Increase revenue by upselling other services fortnightly, monthly client retention and revenue targets
Develop and execute plans for the entire team to ensure that the targets are met.
Time-bound closures and systematic follow-up
Resolving complaints promptly
Daily meetings(F2F) with clients and drive to excel
Hunger to learn and grow
