**Salary**: ₹45,000-₹50,000 per month

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Retail Layout Design**: Create functional 2D and 3D store layouts, focusing on customer flow, product visibility, and optimal space utilization.
- **Fixture & Space Planning**: Design customized fixtures, furniture, and display units in line with brand aesthetics and retail standards.
- **Technical Drawings**: Develop detailed construction and electrical drawings for store development and renovations.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with architects, project managers, and visual merchandisers to transform retail concepts into execution-ready plans.
- **On-Site Support**: Participate in site visits and coordinate with contractors to ensure proper implementation of designs.
- **CAD File Management**: Maintain organized design files, drawings, and version controls for easy reference and updates.
- **Design Accuracy**: Ensure all designs meet brand standards, safety regulations, and feasibility checks.
- **Innovation**: Stay current with trends in retail design, tools, and materials to improve layout efficiency and appeal.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Experience**: 4-6 years in retail/interior design, particularly in layout planning and fixture development.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficient in **AutoCAD** (2D & 3D)
- Working knowledge of **SolidWorks** or equivalent 3D modeling software
- **Design Knowledge**: Understanding of retail design principles, customer navigation, and store aesthetics.
- **Communication**: Strong ability to present and explain layout concepts and technical drawings.
- **Site Coordination**: Experience working on-site during layout execution is preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
