Are you a talented communicator with a passion for customer service ? We're seeking an experienced Telecalling Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales and customer service department, you'll play a crucial role in engaging with potential customers over the phone to promote our products/services and drive sales.

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers from our database.
- Introduce our products/services, explain their features, and answer any questions.
- Identify and qualify sales opportunities through active listening and probing questions.
- Handle objections and persuade potential customers to make purchases or schedule appointments.
- Maintain accurate records

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of one year of experience in telecalling or telesales.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling rejection professionally.
- Familiarity in basic computer skills.
