1. Your present responsibility will be to create awareness and reach potential customers for promoting the Products that we are dealing with

2. When working on a permanent role your office timing will be from Morning 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM and the daily progress need to be updated.

3. Daily responsibility will be to shortlist and Identify 10 potential customers each in 3 segments - Industries, Power and Mining and send them the digital profile and hard copy of the profile. Every day we need to reach at least 10 new customers in each segment.

4. Weekly responsibilities will be

a. Preparing and posting 2 new post / stories in LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram for Burly Tech and B’wary Solutions.

b. Timely preparing and posting Seasonal greetings for all the festivals and Important Days like Mother’s Day, Labor Day, Earth Day etc.,

c. Preparing documents / case studies / Project report for the installations etc.,

5. You need to prepare a Table regarding the correspondence done on daily basis and we shall review the same after a period.

6. You can come up with your new ideas to reach customers more effectively and build the brand. We will reward you suitably when there is good reach and when we get some sales done thru your effort directly. For example: If there is an Enquiry that had come from your digital marketing and if that turns to be an order then we will reward you suitably.

7. When our organization is making profit and in comfortable financial position, we had given Bonus at the rate of 1.5- or 2-month basic salary.

8. Need to compile report from other sales engineers and submit it to MD.

Salary Structure:
Position: Marketing and Sales support (Digital)(Regular office time) - 6K for 3 months probationary and 8K for first year. Then based on the performance and support we can review it year after year. Office staff leave day salary will be deducted during probationary. When confirmed you will have 10 Paid holidays for one year (casual leave). All Sundays, Second Saturdays of every month and Government holidays we are closed.
