Job Responsibilities
- Ensure effective risk management system in place for monitoring and control of the overall portfolio of the company.
- Own the existing fraud management system and provide continuous solutions to improve the quality of transaction assessment.
- Work closely with merchant onboarding team to understand business models to setup tailor-made risk templates.
- Provide feedback on systems, processes, Risk policies with the changing business needs to Senior Management.
- To meet/exceed and maintain service levels as assigned by management.
- Identify/analyze fraud trends to develop risk mitigation techniques to curb frauds.
- Constant review of the risk policies to eliminate false positives and minimize FTS ratio.
- Publish periodic MIS reports, statistical analysis reports etc., with the management.
- Liaise with the field investigation team and the product team for suspect merchant txns and take appropriate actions.

Skills requirements

- Expertise in using Automated fraud prevention solution.
- Expertise in setting up Risk rules, templates & Risk Engine workflow.
- Thorough understanding of Transaction Cycle
- Knowledge of transaction assessment.
