**Role Overview**

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Office Administrator to manage a variety of responsibilities in our small-scale weighing scale business. The role is multifaceted, requiring someone who can efficiently handle office operations, client follow-ups, cash collections, and documentation, while ensuring seamless coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Administrative Tasks**:

- Oversee daily office operations, including managing correspondence, filing, and documentation.
- Maintain office inventory and ensure operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers as needed.
- **Cash Collection**:

- Visit clients to collect payments and issue receipts.
- Accurately record and reconcile cash collections.
- Deposit collected amounts in the company’s bank account on time.
- **Challan Preparation and Documentation**:

- Prepare accurate delivery challans and ensure timely order dispatch.
- Maintain detailed records of all transactions, invoices, and challans.
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth delivery processes.
- **Client Coordination and Follow-Up**:

- Follow up with clients for outstanding payments and resolve queries promptly.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Keep track of pending orders and update clients on the status of deliveries.
- **General Office Support**:

- Assist in preparing reports and other business documents.
- Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or bachelor’s degree (preferred).
- **Experience**: Prior experience in office administration, cash handling, or client management is an advantage.
- **Skills**:

- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail with the ability to multitask.

**Additional Criteria**
- **Travel**: Willingness to travel locally for cash collection and client visits.
- **Driving License**: A valid driver’s license is required.
- **Work Ethic**: Honest, self-motivated, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
