**Academic Qualification **:BCA/BSc(CS,IT)/BTech(CS,IT)/MBA,

**Experience **:1-3 years of experience in similar profiles.

**CTC**: 1.4 - 3 LPA + Incentives

**About the Company**

We are a Cochin based ISO certified Software Development company, incorporated in January 2003. We are specialized in providing real-time solutions in the field of Application Software, System Software, Web Development, Mobile/PDA/Wireless Applications, and Embedded Systems with a clientele spread across the United States, Europe and the Middle East.

Leveraging the valuable experience obtained over the years, Quest formed its IT Training division intended to deliver modern-day training programs on domains like Embedded Systems, DSP,.NET, JAVA and Android.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:
**Client Relations**
- New client acquisition; Identifying and Associating with new organizations to find employment opportunities for students.
- Continuous relations with existing client networks to bring in relevant placement opportunities.
- Occasional corporate visits to build or refresh clients relations.

**Orientation programs and Placement Training**
- Conduct orientation sessions and Placement Training sessions for Students.
- Conduct student engagement activities like motivation sessions, grooming sessions, alumni meetings, industry talks, etc. to give them exposure to the industry.
- Guidance to students to choose right opportunities based on their career interests.
- Provide targeted career information and resources for specific majors and interest groups to students and alumni as needed.
- Work on students’ feedback to improve overall student experience with the company.
- Conduct occasional corporate training.

**Placement Process coordination**
- Coordinate client’s recruiters and our students to assist the hiring process as /when required.
- Address student queries and concerns throughout the selection process of the client.
- Regular follow up for tracking progress of the selection process.

**Placement Administration**
- Maintaining Client database and detailed documentation of placement associations happening with the company.
- Maintain Students database and files.
- Monthly Reporting.
- Any other duties as assigned by the management.

- Communication Skill (Reasonable command in English and Malayalam)
- Presentation Skill

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
