**Job Summary**:
Looking for an experienced **CICS & MQ System Programmer** with strong hands-on expertise in installation, maintenance, and administration of CICS and MQ on zSeries platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Install, maintain, and administer **MQ and CICS** software on z/OS.
- Manage maintenance releases, red alerts, and emergency patches.
- Implement and support **MQ shared queues**, clusters, and CICS advanced features (CPSM, LOGR, Web Services, SSL).
- Conduct **proof of concepts**, vendor coordination, and maintain best practice documentation.
- Support DR, automation, change management, and performance optimization.

**Technical Skills**:
CICS TS v5.x, MQ v7/v8, SMPE, Mainview/Omegamon, REXX/Scripting, USS, RACF/ACF2, IIB, Pub-Sub, CPSM, CAFC, Java, XML.

**Soft Skills**:
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
