- Call Process-Outbound / Inbound Calls
- Department-FOCO Advisor
- Experience - 0- 3 year's
- Qualification - Graduation /UG in any stream
- Shift
- Morning Shift (8:30 a.m. to 5:30 pm), 2nd Saturday off only
- 6 days working
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
Responsible to generate brokerage primarily through advising clients on their equity portfolio
Develop and maintain a long term relationship with customers to maintain a high level of retention of the existing customers and focus on generating new business
Will need to be constantly updated with the market knowledge
Ensure all the activities are in adherence as per compliance and risk.
Dealing and keeping the clients updated on their orders
Cross selling and Reactivation of clients via Investment products like Mutual fund, SIP, Insurance, PMS, and other structure products etc.
Going for client meetings for conversion and maintaining good relationship (personal /Whatsapp video call/zoom)
Understand clients’ financial needs
Determine clients’ expenses, level of income, insurance coverage, their financial objectives and goals, tax status and risk tolerance
Give advice to clients about insurance coverage, investment planning, cash management or any other areas in order to help them reach their financial goals
Manage and regularly update clients’ portfolios.
Continuous communication with clients’ to stay up to date with their financial status
Building and maintaining your client base.
Provide financial planning support to clients
Prepare financial plans and check their accuracy
Respond to prospective customer queries about financial planning
**DESIRED CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS**
- Qualification - Graduation /UG in any stream
- Excellent communication Skills is a prerequisite for this profile
