**Job Title**: Panchakarma Therapist
**Department**: Ayurveda & Wellness Center
**Reporting To**: Head of Ayurveda & Wellness Center / Senior Ayurvedic Physician
**Location**: Kundli, Sonipat, Haryana
**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
- **Patient Assessment & Consultation Support**: Assist the Ayurvedic Physician in assessing patient conditions and understanding their individual needs and health concerns.
- **Treatment Administration**: Perform various Panchakarma therapies as prescribed by the Ayurvedic Physician, including but not limited to:
- Abhyanga (full body oil massage)
- Shirodhara (oil pouring on the forehead)
- Swedana (sudation/steam therapy)
- Vamana (therapeutic emesis)
- Virechana (therapeutic purgation)
- Basti (medicated enema)
- Nasya (nasal administration of medication)
- Pinda Sweda (bolus massage)
- Udvartana (dry powder massage)
- Janu Basti, Greeva Basti, Kati Basti (localized oil pooling)
- **Preparation & Maintenance**: Prepare necessary oils, herbs, equipment, and treatment rooms ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, and a comfortable ambiance. Maintain all equipment in proper working order and report any maintenance needs.
- **Patient Care & Communication**: Provide excellent patient care, ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the treatment process. Communicate effectively with patients regarding the procedures, potential benefits, and any post-treatment instructions. Address patient queries and concerns with empathy and professionalism.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate and detailed records of treatments administered, patient progress, and any observations made during the therapy sessions.
- **Hygiene & Safety**: Adhere strictly to hygiene protocols, safety guidelines, and infection control measures. Ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of treatment rooms, linens, and equipment.
- **Inventory Management**: Assist in managing the inventory of oils, herbs, and other necessary supplies, and inform the concerned personnel about stock requirements.
- **Continuous Learning**: Stay updated with the latest developments and techniques in Panchakarma and Ayurveda through workshops, seminars, and training programs.
- **Collaboration**: Work collaboratively with other members of the Ayurveda & Wellness Center team, including Ayurvedic Physicians, Yoga instructors, and support staff.
- **Adherence to Protocols**: Follow established protocols and guidelines of Noble Hospital and the Ayurveda & Wellness Center.
**Qualifications & Experience**:
- Certification or Diploma in Panchakarma Therapy from a recognized institution.
- Proven experience (minimum [Specify number, e.g., 2-3] years) as a Panchakarma Therapist, preferably in a hospital or wellness center setting.
- Thorough knowledge of Ayurvedic principles and Panchakarma procedures.
- Excellent practical skills in administering various Panchakarma therapies.
- Strong understanding of hygiene and sanitation practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate and patient-focused approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer literacy for record-keeping.
- Fluency in Hindi and English (knowledge of local languages will be an advantage).
**Skills**:
- Proficient in performing various Panchakarma therapies.
- Strong understanding of human anatomy and physiology from an Ayurvedic perspective.
- Excellent patient handling and care skills.

Pay: ₹8,775.70 - ₹25,000.00 per month
