Tethorix Technologies is a global outsourcing and automation company committed to helping businesses around the world grow smarter and faster. We're currently looking for Telemarketing Executives who are confident, persuasive, and resilient—especially in handling outbound cold calls with international clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound cold calls to potential customers using provided scripts and software tools
- Promote products or services, build interest, and book appointments or close deals
- Maintain a professional and engaging tone throughout conversations
- Handle objections smoothly and follow up with prospects as needed
- Update call details and outcomes accurately in the CRM system
- Consistently meet or exceed daily and weekly call targets

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in telemarketing, telesales, or outbound calling
- Excellent verbal English communication skills
- A neutral, Australian, or American accent is highly preferred
- Strong persuasion skills and a proactive attitude
- Patience and professionalism when dealing with rejections
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to different industries
- Ability to work independently and hit performance metrics
- Familiarity with basic computer operations and CRM platforms

**Bonus Skills**:

- Experience working with international clients (US, UK, or Australia)
- Understanding of B2B/B2C sales strategies
- Hands-on experience with tools like HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or Salesforce

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month

- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Rotational shift
- Weekend availability
