**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Develop and maintain financial models, reports, and dashboards to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Perform system upgrades, patches, and performance tuning to ensure optimal system performance and reliability.
- Develop and execute test plans to ensure the accuracy and integrity of data and system functionality.
- Monitor and manager user access, security, and date integrity within the Hyperion environment.
- Document system configurations, process, and best practices to support knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

**Working mode**:

- Hybrid, Full-time (3 days work from office)

**Requirements**:
**Qualifications**:

- 6+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle EPM Hyperion, including Hyperion Planning, HFM, and Essbase.
- Strong understanding of financial processes, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Experience with Hyperion integration tools and date management.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with data analysis and manipulation
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with business users and technical teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Oracle Hyperion Certified Implementation Specialist) are a plus.

**Education Qualification**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
