**Job Overview**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced **SAP HANA Trainer** to deliver **weekend-only** training sessions to our students. This is a **remote, contract-based** opportunity ideal for professionals passionate about sharing their knowledge and helping others succeed in the SAP ecosystem.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Deliver interactive and engaging training sessions on SAP HANA (both theory and hands-on practice) during weekends.
- Create or customize course materials, assignments, and case studies as needed.
- Provide practical examples and industry insights to enhance learning outcomes.
- Address learner queries promptly and effectively during and after sessions.
- Assess student progress through periodic quizzes, assignments, or project reviews.
- Support Uplatz in continuous course improvement based on feedback.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an SAP HANA Consultant or Trainer (3+ years preferred).
- Strong expertise in SAP HANA architecture, modeling, administration, SQL, CDS views, and integration with SAP S/4HANA.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Prior experience in online training or corporate mentoring preferred.
- Ability to commit to fixed weekend slots (e.g., Saturday and/or Sunday).
- Must have access to a reliable internet connection and required training tools.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- SAP HANA certification (C_HANADEV, C_HANATEC, or C_HCMOD).
- Experience training international learners.
- Exposure to related SAP modules or BI/BW integration is a plus.
