**Summary of the Job Role**:
The role will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of SharePoint solutions while also providing business analysis support to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives. **Key Responsibilities**

**Testing Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for SharePoint solutions, covering functional, regression, and integration testing.
- Conduct thorough testing to identify and document software defects, and work closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
- Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) and coordinate with business stakeholders to validate SharePoint solutions against business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that testing activities are aligned with project timelines and objectives.
- Continuously monitor and improve testing processes, methodologies, and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

**Business Analysis Responsibilities**:

- Gather and analyze business requirements for SharePoint projects, working closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and objectives.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and user stories, ensuring clear communication between business and technical teams.
- Assist in the prioritization and planning of project deliverables, providing insights into the feasibility and impact of proposed solutions.
- Facilitate requirements workshops, stakeholder meetings, and project planning sessions to ensure alignment and consensus among key stakeholders.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to business users, addressing questions, concerns, and enhancement requests related to SharePoint solutions.

**Skills / Knowledge**:

- **5+ years of experience** in software testing, with a focus on SharePoint testing preferred.
- Strong understanding of business analysis principles and practices, with 2+ years of experience in a business analyst role.
- Proficiency in writing test plans, test cases, and test scripts, as well as creating business requirements documentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and propose innovative solutions.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Experience with SharePoint Online and oN-prim, SharePoint Designer, and Power Platform is a plus.
- Relevant certifications such as ISTQB Certified Tester or CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) are advantageous.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
