**Key Responsibilities:1. Lead and Inquiry Management**:

- Qualify potential leads by understanding project requirements, budgets, and timelines.
- Maintain a comprehensive database of leads and inquiries using CRM software or other tools.
- Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into clients.
- Prepare and present project proposals, estimates, and timelines for potential clients.

**2. Project Coordination**:

- Act as the primary point of contact between clients and project teams for assigned projects.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, timelines, and work plans.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure alignment with project goals.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion within the defined budget and scope.
- Conduct regular site visits to track progress and address on-site challenges.

**3. Client Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing queries and resolving concerns promptly.
- Provide regular updates to clients regarding project status, milestones, and any deviations.
- Gather feedback from clients to enhance services and improve processes.

**4. Reporting and Documentation**:

- Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports with management and clients.
- Document key project details, including contracts, meeting minutes, and change orders.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.

**5. Team Collaboration and Coordination**:

- Facilitate communication between project teams, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Identify and resolve project bottlenecks in a timely manner.
- Organize and participate in project meetings to ensure alignment of all stakeholders.

**6. Market Research and Business Development Support**:

- Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities and industry trends.
- Suggest improvements or new services to meet market demands and enhance client satisfaction.

Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
