Nursing Matron

Supervise and manage the nursing workforce, including ward supervisors, staff nurses, and nursing aides.
- Ensure high standards of patient care, hygiene, infection control, and safety protocols are maintained.
- Develop and implement nursing policies, protocols, and procedures in alignment with hospital standards.
- Oversee duty rosters, leave schedules, and ensure adequate staffing levels across shifts.
- Conduct regular rounds to monitor nursing practices and address any issues affecting patient care.
- Provide mentorship, support, and ongoing training to nursing staff.
- Handle patient or family complaints related to nursing services, ensuring proper resolution.
- Coordinate with other departments (medical, housekeeping, administration) to ensure seamless patient care.
- Monitor compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards (e.g., NABH, JCI).
- Participate in recruitment, appraisal, and disciplinary actions of nursing staff.
- Maintain records and reports related to nursing services, audits, and incidents.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift
- Rotational shift
