As a Production/Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for all Production, Operations, Labor, Shift Management, Warehouse, Chain Supply, Purchase related Activities. Ability to work with cross functional teams, Flexible and able to work in fast and paced and varying environments. Basic knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel and working on App based CRMs and Google Cloud based apps. Must have strong communication and be able to communicate with other team members and clients.

We are expecting you to have a strong understanding of the latest industry standards, trends and various management systems.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
1) As a Production/Operations representative, you will be tasked with the production and service of our products to various distributors, wholesalers, retailers, etc within multiple geographical regions across the country & internationally.
2) Generating work shifts and rosters for machine operators on an ongoing basis to run the production 24×7.
3) Making sure of timely fulfilment of orders, etc by having advanced planning for stock keeping and accordingly placing order with our suppliers regularly.
4) You will be required to deep dive into end to end operations of sourcing/purchase, production, labor management, chain supply and various other operations related to manufacturing and warehousing. We are looking for a Dynamic Personal who can who is enthusiastic and passionate about work in a fast pace environment.
5) It will be a job profile assigned to our manufacturing and warehouse unit in Bangalore.
6) We are hiring on the urgent basis.
7) Should have ability to generate quick fixes and ready to use scenarios of execution.
8) To assist with various other warehouse expansions in other cities.
9) We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Operations Executive to work in our Organisation.
10) Other duties as advised by the leadership team.
11) Achieve deliverables on a daily basis.
12) Must have prior knowledge in handling end to end manufacturing, warehousing, procurement and labor management operations.
13) Must have basic understanding of machines and their maintenance.

1) Should have minimum 2 - 4 years of experience with reputed company(s).
3) Excellent communication skills in Regional Language, Hindi & English.
