**Job Summary**:
The SEO Specialist will be responsible for implementing and managing the company's search engine optimization strategy. This individual will work closely with the marketing team to improve the visibility and ranking of the company's websites in search engine results pages. The SEO Specialist will use a variety of techniques, including keyword research, on-page optimization, link building, and content creation, to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct keyword research to identify potential keywords to target.
- Optimize on-page elements, including title tags, meta descriptions, headers, and content, for targeted keywords.
- Develop and implement link building strategies to improve domain authority and page authority.
- Monitor and analyze website performance metrics and provide regular reports to the marketing team.
- Collaborate with the content team to develop and execute a content strategy that supports SEO goals.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and search engine algorithms.
- Perform website audits and provide recommendations for optimization.
- Work with developers and other stakeholders to ensure SEO best practices are implemented across the company's websites.
- Provide training and support to other members of the marketing team to improve their understanding of SEO.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Experience in SEO and digital marketing.
- Proficient in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools.
- Experience with WordPress, HTML, and CSS.
- Knowledge of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.

**Preferred**:

- Experience with local SEO and Google My Business.
- Experience with e-commerce SEO.
- Google Analytics and Google Ads certifications.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
