**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Offer one - to
- one sessions,evaluate a student's need and implement a custom counseling plan.
- Work with groups,families as well as communities for long-term and stronger mental-health care.
- Encourage students to discuss emotions and experiences.
- Help students build resilience and healthy coping mechanisms to improve mental health.
- Help students define personal goals,create action plans to reach these goals.
- Examine and help spread awareness on issues,which include but are not limited to trauma, adjustment, anger management, bullying, depression, anxiety, genderidentity and fluidity, relationships, self-concept, sleep-hygiene, stress and time-management etc.
- The counselor will follow strict ethics during the period of work.
- Perform assessments, interpret tests and study student records.
- Complete regular reports on progress

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
