Workverse is revolutionizing how graduates are trained in 21st century workplace skills.

**How we do it**:
Skills like critical thinking, creative problem-solving and emotional intelligence cannot be ‘taught’ through conventional and passive methods such as lectures or video tutorials. Workverse is a simulation of a workplace environment where graduates assume the role of an ‘associate’ in an imaginary startup. They solve problems, pitch to clients, collaborate with colleagues, take tough decisions and essentially experience all scenarios as they would in the real world of work. They are encouraged to utilize their intelligence and creativity in the process. Through this immersive learning experience, graduates receive a solid foundation for rapid growth and a unique advantage in placements, which we provide access to.

**Why we are doing this**:

- The world of work is changing. Rote tasks are being automated and enterprises are transforming their business processes, leaving millions of graduates with just theoretical skills at risk of being unemployable for jobs of the future.
- The World Economic Forum, in its Future of Work report, states that generalist skills like critical thinking, storytelling, emotional intelligence and entrepreneurship will be ‘must haves’ for jobs in the future.
- Usually, such exposure is limited to only tier 1 colleges and not all graduates get exposure to high-quality internships. Typically, youth from tier 2 and 3 colleges lose out in being able to compete for aspirational job roles.

Workverse’s purpose is to ensure that irrespective of family background, type of college or lack of exposure-everyone should have the right to build meaningful careers and access opportunities for professional growth and development.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create and design collaterals for social media and other company collaterals.
- Develop exciting UI for our. website
- Research on various design principles to find the best fit for our product
- Collaborate with different teams to develop design concepts
- Developing design briefs by gathering information and data through research
- Thinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts.
- Adhere to timelines as per mutual decision

**Requirements**:

- 1+ year of relevant experience as a Graphic Designer
- Portfolio or work samples showcasing design aptitude, creativity, depth of thought and the ability to solve complex design problems.
- Basic knowledge of layouts, typography, line composition, color, and other graphic design fundamentals
- Experience with InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator
- Strong creative and analytical skills

**CTC: INR 30,000/- Per Month**

**Location: Khar West, Mumbai**

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mumbai - 400052, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
