**Job Vacancy: Medical Officer (BAMS)**

**Location**: Phagwara and Jalandhar, Punjab, India

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide primary medical care and treatment to patients presenting with a wide range of acute and chronic health conditions in the outpatient department (OPD), inpatient units, and emergency department.
- Conduct thorough medical assessments, including physical examinations and medical history reviews, to diagnose patients' conditions accurately and develop appropriate treatment plans.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as laboratory tests, imaging studies, and diagnostic procedures, to aid in the diagnosis and management of patients' medical conditions.
- Prescribe medications, treatments, and therapies based on established clinical guidelines and individual patient needs, and monitor patients' responses to treatment.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams, including specialists, nurses, and allied health professionals, to ensure coordinated and holistic patient care.
- Educate patients and their families about their medical conditions, treatment options, and preventive healthcare measures to promote health and wellness.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, including patient charts, progress notes, and treatment plans, in accordance with hospital policies and regulatory standards.

**Qualifications**:

- Medical degree (BAMS/ MBBS) from a recognized institution.
- Valid medical license to practice as a Medical Officer in India.
- Previous experience working as a Medical Officer or General Practitioner in a hospital or clinical setting is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong clinical skills and proficiency in diagnosing and managing a broad range of medical conditions, emergencies, and injuries.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
- Empathy, compassion, and a patient-centered approach to healthcare delivery.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays, as part of a 24/7 duty roster.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
