**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage day-to-day social media platforms, creating and scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and growing the audience.
- Conduct keyword research, on-page optimization, and help implement SEO strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create content that drives engagement and enhances brand visibility.
- Assist in setting up and managing paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
- Track and analyze campaign performance, providing insights for continuous improvement.
- Help maintain and update the CRM system with lead information and campaign data.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.

**Qualifications**:

- 1+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on hands-on execution of campaigns.
- Basic understanding of SEO, social media marketing, and paid advertising.
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, and social media management tools.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and optimize campaign performance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with a willingness to learn and grow.

Educational Qualifications

Graduate / PG in Marketing, BTech / BE

Pay: ₹420,081.78 - ₹517,432.91 per year
