**Job Description**:

- **Key Responsibilities**:

- **Campaign Planning**: Develop and implement PPC strategies and campaigns aligned with business goals and budget constraints.
- **Keyword Research**: Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify relevant keywords and phrases for advertising.
- **Ad Creation**: Write compelling ad copy and design visually appealing ad creatives for various platforms.
- **Bid Management**: Monitor and adjust bidding strategies to ensure cost-effective campaigns while achieving desired results.
- **Ad Campaign Setup**: Set up and configure campaigns, ad groups, and ad extensions in advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising).
- **Ad Performance Monitoring**: Continuously monitor campaign performance metrics, such as click-through rate (CTR), conversion rate, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- **A/B Testing**: Conduct A/B tests on ad elements (e.g., headlines, ad copy, landing pages) to optimize performance.
- **Quality Score Improvement**: Work to improve the quality score of ads by enhancing landing pages, ad relevance, and click-through rates.
- **Budget Management**: Manage daily, weekly, and monthly budgets to ensure efficient allocation of resources.
- **Reporting**: Generate regular reports on campaign performance, outlining key metrics and recommendations for improvement.
- **Conversion Tracking**: Implement and manage conversion tracking to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
- **Ad Platform Updates**: Stay updated with changes and updates to advertising platforms and algorithms, adapting strategies accordingly.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing PPC campaigns.
- Proficiency in using PPC tools and analytics platforms.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mohali, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- PPC Campaign Management: 1 year (required)
- Google Ads: 1 year (required)
- Facebook Advertising: 1 year (required)
