**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome visitors and clients with a positive and professional demeanor.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean, tidy, and presentable at all times.
- Manage appointment schedules, meeting rooms, and conference bookings.
- Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone.
- Assist with various administrative tasks, including data entry and filing.
- Assist in coordinating office events and activities.

**Qualifications**:

- 12th or equivalent; additional certification in Office Management is a plus.
- Proven work experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
- Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g., printers).
- Professional attitude and appearance.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Customer service attitude.
