**Job Description: Social Media Executive (SME)**

We are looking for dynamic and driven individuals to join our team as Social Media Executive. Below are the details of the role:
**Responsibilities**:
**1. Social Media Management**:

- Plan, create, and schedule routine and new social media postings across multiple platforms for all company brands as required.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all social channels.

**2. Reels creation**:

- Generate creative ideas for short-form videos, promotional content, and brand storytelling.
- Oversee scripting, shooting and posting.
- Stay up-to-date with current trends to produce relevant and engaging content.

**3. Collaborations & Partnerships**:

- Identify and engage with influencers, brand ambassadors, and personalities for collaborations.
- Manage relationships with partners to drive effective content campaigns.
- Coordinate cross-brand initiatives to ensure consistent messaging and branding.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Creative mindset with excellent storytelling abilities.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

**Preferred Experience**:

- 1-2 years in a similar role in reel creation or social media management.
- Experience in influencer marketing or partnership management is a plus.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
