Principal Associate, Risk

**Responsibilities**
- Maintaining HR specific policies, procedures and guidelines for compliance with Local law and Enterprise standard.
- Influence updates to policies, standards to enhance HR risk activities
- Ongoing monitoring/ reporting on HR Risk including:

- HR Risk metrics
- Compliance risk related to HR Law
- Managing HR Business Continuity Plans
- Ideate and implement HR Risk Management framework and refresh based on evolving business needs/ risks
- Identify ways to improve and streamline HR risk identification, assessment, and mitigation processes
- Forge relationships with key stakeholders to ensure delivery of commitments

**Qualifications**
- Chartered Accountant, or Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferable
- 8 + years of overall experience
- Good knowledge on Risk Management framework and implementation
- Good communication skills - Verbal, written and presentation
