**Job Description: Underwriter**

**Principal Responsibilities**:

- Review applicant profiles, including credit, income, assets, employment, and medical status, to assess risks.
- Verify customer documents and conduct fraud checks using databases and websites.
- Stay updated with underwriting guidelines, regulatory policies, and reinsurance standards.
- Escalate concerns or red flags to supervisors promptly.
- Document decisions to meet credit quality standards and company guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain professionalism.
- Prepare concise and well-written summaries of key requirements.

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- Graduate in B.Com, BBI, BA, or any equivalent degree.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

**Requirements**:

- Self-motivated and detail-oriented professional with strong interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, etc.).
- Excellent typing and keyboard skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly with different audiences.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
