Observatory Technician

**Location**: Delhi NCR & PAN India (frequent travel required)

**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a **skilled Mechanical Technician** (Diploma or ITI Graduate) to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical structure issues at client sites across Delhi NCR and India. The role also offers an exciting opportunity to work as a **Junior Researcher** with our Product Development & Testing (PDT) team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Travel to client sites to diagnose and fix mechanical structure issues
- Operate mechanical tools: angle grinders, welding machines, drills, etc.
- Read and interpret **CAD drawings** and electrical schematics
- Reverse engineer mechanical systems to identify root causes and suggest solutions
- Support **product development, prototyping, and testing** with the PDT team
- Assist in **model making and small-scale prototypes**

**Requirements**:

- ITI / Diploma in **Mechanical Engineering** or related field
- Practical hands-on experience with mechanical tools (grinders, welding, drilling, etc.)
- Ability to understand CAD drawings & electrical schematics
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn new technologies
- Interest in **model making and prototyping**:

- Ready to travel across Delhi NCR & PAN India as needed
