Pharmacists are healthcare professionals who prepare, dispense, and advise on medications to patients. They play a vital role in ensuring the safe and effective use of medications.

**# Key Responsibilities**:
1. Dispense medications accurately and safely.

2. Counsel patients on medication use, side effects, and interactions.

3. Monitor patient profiles and medication histories.

4. Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient care.

5. Provide immunizations and health screenings.

6. Manage pharmacy operations, including inventory and staff supervision.

7. Stay updated on new medications, therapies, and regulations.
