**About the Role**
We are looking for a **dedicated professional**to join our team and take ownership of critical operations. This role involves managing **post-purchase operations, content management, book operations, finance, and process optimization.**
If you have prior **EdTech experience**, thrive in **fast-paced environments**, and are skilled in **Google Sheets, automation, AI tools, and process management**, this role is for you

**Key Responsibilities1. Post-Purchase Operations**
- Manage **Intercom chats, doubt resolution, and onboarding calls**for high-AOV customers.
- Ensure seamless user experience in post-purchase interactions.

**2. Content Freelance Management**
- Oversee hiring and management of **freelance content creators**.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality content and smooth content input into **LMS/Docs**.

**3. Process & Data Optimization**
- Identify bottlenecks and **streamline workflows**to improve efficiency.
- Build **automated dashboards and reporting systems**using **Google Sheets & AI tools**.

**4. Book Operations & Finance**
- Handle **book printing, vendor coordination, finance, and transport operations**.
- Manage **freelance payments and invoicing**.

**5. AI & Automation Integration**
- Utilize **ChatGPT and AI tools**for automation and process efficiency.
- Implement smart solutions for **customer engagement, data reporting, and workflow automation**.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience in **operations, content management, and customer engagement**.
Strong proficiency with **Google Sheets, dashboards, automation tools, and AI-driven workflows**.
Experience in **process management and optimization**.
Prior experience in **EdTech**, preferably in **government exam preparation**.
Ability to manage multiple operational tasks efficiently.
