**Job Profile: Purchase Executive**

**Location Santej-Kalol, Gandhinagar**
- **Roles and Responsibilities**:_
- Assist in sourcing and selecting suppliers based on quality, pricing, and delivery time.
- Prepare and process purchase orders in accordance with company policies.
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Track and manage inventory levels to ensure timely replenishment of stock.
- Coordinate with the finance team to process supplier invoices and payments.
- Conduct market research to identify potential new suppliers and cost-saving opportunities.
- Prepare and maintain accurate procurement records and reports.
- Support the purchase manager in day-to-day operations.

**Knowledge and Skills Required**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Business Administration, or any related field.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
