The DI (Digital Intermediate) Grading Booking Executive is responsible for coordinating and scheduling color grading sessions for film and television post-production. This role ensures efficient workflow management between clients, colorists, and post-production teams while maintaining a high standard of service.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Scheduling & Coordination**:

- Manage booking schedules for DI grading sessions, ensuring availability of colorists and grading suites.
- Coordinate with clients, production houses, and post-production teams to confirm project timelines and deliverables.
- Optimize resource allocation, ensuring efficient usage of facilities and talent.

**2. Client Communication & Relationship Management**:

- Serve as the main point of contact for clients regarding DI grading bookings.
- Provide clear and timely communication on scheduling, pricing, and project updates.
- Address client inquiries, resolve scheduling conflicts, and manage expectations.

**3. Administrative & Operational Support**:

- Maintain accurate records of bookings, project timelines, and client details.
- Ensure contracts, invoices, and payments related to DI grading sessions are processed efficiently.
- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure required assets (footage, LUTs, reference files) are prepared before sessions.

**4. Workflow & Process Management**:

- Work closely with colorists, DI producers, and technical teams to align schedules with post-production workflows.
- Monitor project progress and anticipate potential delays, ensuring proactive resolution.
- Assist in implementing best practices for booking management and operational efficiency.

**5. Reporting & Analysis**:

- Track booking trends and prepare reports on studio utilization, revenue, and client feedback.
- Identify opportunities to improve scheduling efficiency and client service.

**Qualifications & Skills:Required**:

- Experience in scheduling, coordination, or client management in a post-production, media, or film environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in booking systems, spreadsheets, and post-production workflow tools.

**Preferred**:

- Familiarity with DI grading, color correction, and post-production processes.
- Knowledge of industry-standard software like DaVinci Resolve, Baselight, or other grading platforms.
- Experience working in a fast-paced media or entertainment environment.

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
