**About Us**:
Shree Radhe Printers is one of the fastest-growing printing and branding solution providers in Amleshwar. We specialize in **flex printing, pamphlets, LED boards, vinyl, glowsign boards, wall paintings, corporate gifting, and shop branding**. We are now looking for a passionate **Marketing Executive** to join our team and expand our client base.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and approach potential clients (corporates, retailers, schools, agencies, real estate companies, etc.).
- Promote and explain our products & services to clients.
- Generate new business leads through field visits, networking, and cold calling.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers for repeat business.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and report progress to management.
- Coordinate with the design and production team to ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Gather market feedback and suggest ideas for new opportunities.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **1-3 years of experience** in marketing / field sales (printing, advertising, or branding industry preferred).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills (Hindi/English).
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently.
- Two-wheeler & smartphone required.
