An exciting role of ideating and creating engaging, forward-thinking, on-brand creative solutions that help the company grow through effective marketing initiatives.

In this Creative Strategist role, you’ll spearhead ideation to dream up original, impactful, high-performing campaigns and ideas that span video, social, experiential, and more you will lead the internal copy team and will work closely with marketing, design, sales, account management, and other teams on case to case basis.
- Importantly you will create and consistently lead the voice of Paytm Insider
- Lead the Paytm Insider Copy Team, develop and sustain the company’s voice across platform marketing, PR & social media
- Ideating creative, impactful campaigns for projects that span experiential, video content, social, and more
- Creating innovative pitches for interactive ideas, on ground brand integrations that elevate the consumer experience and increase brand recall
- Offering creative solutions for advertiser needs based on our platforms inventory and products
- Utilising data to conceive of content themes, formats, and more to develop performance-driven program ideas that feel organic for brands and IPs
- Participating in brainstorms big and small, from high-budget projects to daily thought starter ideation sessions
- Advising the marketing and business teams based on changing industry trends
- Examining market and industry reports and identifying important trends
- Performing market research regarding customer demographics
- Developing marketing strategies that dictate the core methods of achieving the company's goals
- Creating documentation and project briefs about marketing initiatives
- Writing persuasive, on-brand pitches for marketing proposals to bring your ideas to life
- Coordinate with the social media and other teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels
- Identify opportunities in the online and offline space to diversify and achieve more efficiency in marketing efforts
- Monitor, analysis and improve performance of outbound communication in coordination with the marketing delivery team
- Defining KPI’s & monitoring the progress of marketing media throughout development
- Tracking results of marketing strategies & adjusting or ending marketing strategies if results are not meeting expectations
- Degree in business, marketing, branding, communication or related field required.
- 5+ years experience as a brand strategist or similar role.
- Experience and passion for creating exciting programs brands across various categories and target audiences
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Next-level organizational skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Experience leading client meetings, brainstorms and ideation sessions
- Strong creative writing skills to whip up a quippy pitch, an inspiring introduction, or a social-first idea
- Creative and compelling storyteller. With an ability to think and write through the lens of our brands voice and identities
- Strong research skills.
