**1.**Post Graduate Teacher.**

**(a)**Key Responsibilities.**
- Develop and implement lesson plans, instructional materials, and assessments.
- Use effective classroom management strategies & innovative teaching techniques to ensure all students are actively involved in the learning process.
- Identify and address individual learning needs and provide personalized support to students.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and administrators to support student growth.
- Participate in staff meetings, professional development sessions, and school events.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance, attendance, and behavior.

**(b)**Qualifications & Skills.**
- B.Ed. or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 2-3 years of teaching experience in a CBSE school (preferred).
- Strong command over the English language and excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in using technology and digital tools for teaching.

**(c) Additional Requirements**:

- A warm and approachable personality with strong interpersonal skills.
