As a Graphic Designer at Walking Tree, you will play a pivotal role in developing creative, luxury design solutions across both online and offline channels for our global brands. This position combines artistic vision with strategic thinking allowing you to collaborate with a talented team of creatives and stakeholders around the world, pushing the boundaries of design to deliver innovative visual communication across multiple platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design Development: Create visually compelling, high-quality design assets for branding and marketing campaigns that align with our global brand vision.
Manage and oversee design and quality control ensuring the highest standard in both print and digital formats.
- Collaboration: Work closely with a global team to develop strategies, providing creative input across various channels and teams.
- Team Management: Take charge of design project workflows, ensuring smooth production processes, timely execution, and successful delivery of creative projects within deadlines.

**Requirements**:

- A degree in Graphic Design or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in a graphic design role within an agency or corporate environment.
- Demonstrated experience and expertise in creating editorial content, advertisements, and assets for both digital and print platforms.
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects).
- Knowledge of 3D softwares (Bonus).
- A strong portfolio that showcases a diverse range of projects, with an emphasis on luxury, high-end design.
- Ability to work autonomously while managing a team effectively, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery under pressure in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Strong communication skills to lead presentations and collaborate effectively with global vendors.
- A proactive, hands-on approach with a passion for creativity and high attention to detail.
