**Job Title: Telecaller**

**Location**: Hisar, Haryana

**Office Timing**: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

**Salary**: ₹8,000 - ₹15,000 per month (based on experience and performance)

**Company Overview**:
We are looking for a confident, empathetic, and motivated **Telecaller** to join our team in Hisar. The role involves interacting with potential clients over phone calls, explaining our services, scheduling appointments with therapists, and converting inquiries into confirmed sessions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound and receive inbound calls from leads generated through the website and campaigns.
- Explain the services offered (counselling, therapy sessions, etc.) clearly and professionally.
- Schedule appointments between clients and therapists.
- Follow up with leads who have shown interest but haven’t booked a session.
- Update client data and call records in the CRM system.
- Address client queries regarding services, pricing, session formats, and payment.
- Work towards daily/weekly targets for lead conversion and appointments.
- Coordinate internally with therapists and support staff as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum qualification: 12th pass; Graduation preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi; basic English is a plus.
- Prior experience in telecalling, lead generation, customer support, or inside sales is preferred.
- Ability to handle emotionally sensitive conversations with empathy and patience.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools or data entry.
- Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
- Goal-oriented and motivated to achieve performance targets.
