**Position**: Officer - Commodity

**Qualification**: Graduate

**Location**: Bangalore

**Salary**: 7-7.5Lp.a.

**Exp**: 2-4years post qualification experience in the area of wheat / grain buying

**Personality and Interpersonal skills**:

- Wheat Buying Operations : Supervision of wheat buying Operations like Quality,

Godown operations supervision like weighing, Godown Stacking, labour

management, Stock keeping, Documentation of wheat GRNS, Mandi

documentations etc.
- Wheat Storage: Monthly Physical verifications of wheat for Quantity and Quality

checking, Fumigation, Mandi Documentation
- Wheat Movement : Supervising wheat loading operation, weighment supervision,

Wheat Lifting tracker
- Market Intelligence: Tracking of market prices and arrivals of wheat at different

mandis, competition activity, ground level market intelligence.
- Custom Milling Operations: DO coordination, Wheat Invoicing and GRN

Coordination.
- Crop Survey: Effective Crop survey for wheat and Sugarcane during sowing and

harvesting season by interacting at farmer’s level as per the survey plan.
- Quality Audit: Auditing of Flour Millers and other suppliers on Food Safety hygiene,

and work follow up with vendors on timely closure of audit gaps reported by CQA.
- New Vendor addition: New vendor addition by working with them for quality

upgradation.
- Soft / Behavioral Competencies and eagerness and ability to learn
- Sense of urgency to deliver within timelines
- Collaborative and Influencing skills
- Has handled wheat/grain buying
- Knowledge in SAP is added advantage
