**Job Title**: Home Loan Offers Specialist

**Job Summary**:
The Home Loan Offers Specialist will serve as the primary point of contact for customers interested in financing options for homes built by the construction company. The role involves understanding customer needs, liaising with financial institutions, and presenting tailored home loan offers to assist customers in purchasing homes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Consultation**:

- Engage with potential homebuyers to understand their financial situation and needs.
- Provide guidance on various home loan options available.
- **Loan Offer Management**:

- Develop and maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions to negotiate favorable home loan offers for customers.
- Stay updated on interest rates, loan terms, and financial policies to provide accurate information.
- Present loan offers and payment plans clearly to clients.
- **Sales Support**:

- Collaborate with the sales team to align loan offers with the customer’s home purchase process.
- Follow up with clients during the loan approval process to ensure smooth progression and resolve any issues.
- **Documentation & Compliance**:

- Assist clients in gathering and submitting necessary documentation for loan approvals.
- Ensure compliance with legal and financial regulations when offering loan options.
- **Reporting**:

- Maintain records of loan offers, approvals, and customer interactions.
- Provide regular reports to the management on the performance of home loan facilitation.
- **Customer Service**:

- Provide post-loan disbursement support, addressing any questions or concerns.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships with clients.
- Collection of payments from the customers, settle all pending payments from the Customer.

**Key Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of home loan processes and financial products.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with the sales and finance teams.
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of real estate market trends and construction industry dynamics is an advantage.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in home loan facilitation, banking, or a financial advisory role.
- Experience in the real estate or construction industry is preferred.
- Familiarity with financial regulations and lending practices.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
