Electrical Assembler

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Component Assembly: Assemble electrical and electronic components, including PCBs, sensors, actuators, wiring harnesses, and other related parts, following detailed schematics and instructions.
- Prototype Assembly: Build and modify prototypes of robotic systems, automation equipment, and electronic devices, ensuring they meet design specifications and quality standards.
- Soldering and Wiring: Perform precision soldering, wiring, and cable harnessing tasks to connect components and create functional electronic systems.
- Quality Control: Conduct thorough testing and inspection of assembled systems to identify and rectify any defects or inconsistencies, ensuring that the prototypes function correctly.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve electrical and electronic issues in prototypes, working closely with engineers and designers to implement improvements.
- Collaborative Work: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and researchers, to provide feedback and insights for continuous improvement.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment, and take proactive measures to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and calibrate assembly tools and equipment to ensure their proper functioning and longevity.
- Process Improvement: Suggest process improvements and contribute to enhancing assembly efficiency and productivity.

**Key Skills**:

- Proficient in soldering and de-soldering techniques.
- Familiarity with diagnostic tools like multimeters, oscilloscopes, megger, testing

software, etc.
- Basic understanding of electronic/electrical components and circuits.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
