Position**:Social Media Marketing Intern**

Location: Dwarka Sector - 21, Delhi, ONSITE

Duration: 6 Months

Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Social Media Marketing Intern to join our Employer Branding team. This internship will provide an opportunity to learn and contribute to our digital marketing efforts, specifically focused on enhancing our company’s employer brand. The intern will play a key role in managing social media accounts, creating reports, and conducting performance analysis to support our recruitment and branding strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in managing and scheduling posts across various social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) to promote employer brand initiatives.
- Support content creation by drafting engaging posts, articles, and visual content (in collaboration with the content team or design team).
- Engage with followers, respond to comments, and help build a positive community around the employer brand.
- Assist in the creation and execution of social media content plans that highlight the company’s culture, values, and employee stories.
- Track and analyze social media performance using platforms like Google Analytics, LinkedIn Insights, and other social media analytics tools.
- Prepare weekly or monthly reports to summarize campaign performance, audience engagement, and growth metrics.

Qualifications:

- Recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Digital Marketing Certification is mandatory.

Skills & Experience:

- Basic understanding of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, etc.) and their use in marketing and employer branding.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- **Excellent written and verbal communication skills.**:

- Creative mindset with an eye for visual content (basic design skills preferred but not required).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: Up to ₹20,696.10 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
