- 5 years of experience in hotel reservation or related roles
- Minimum experience:

- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.

Education:

- High school diploma required.

Skillset:

- Good communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Office
- Proficient in using reservation software

**Profile introduction**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Reservation Management**: Handle the end-to-end process of booking rooms, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- **Customer Service**: Provide exceptional customer service to guests during the reservation process and address any inquiries or concerns promptly.
- **Coordination**: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless communication and cooperation in meeting guest requirements.
- **Sales Support**: Assist in upselling additional services or packages to enhance the guest experience.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate and organized records of reservations, cancellations, and guest preferences.
- **Problem Resolution**: Address and resolve any booking discrepancies or issues in a professional and timely manner.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using reservation software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
