**Job Summary**

We are seeking a **DevOps Intern** with a keen interest in **VPS (Virtual Private Servers), Nginx, and Security** to join our team. This role is perfect for someone passionate about server management, web server optimization, and securing infrastructure. You will gain hands-on experience in configuring VPS environments, optimizing Nginx for high performance, and implementing security best practices.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Set up, configure, and manage **VPS (Virtual Private Servers)** on cloud providers like AWS, DigitalOcean, Linode, or Vultr.
- Install, configure, and optimize **Nginx** for load balancing, reverse proxy, and caching.
- Improve server security by implementing **firewalls, fail2ban, SSL/TLS certificates, and DDoS protection**.
- Automate server provisioning and deployments using **shell scripting, Ansible, or Terraform**.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot server-related issues.
- Implement **secure SSH access**, user management, and system hardening.
- Assist in **log analysis** using tools like Fail2ban, UFW, and log monitoring systems.
- Document configurations, security policies, and troubleshooting steps.

**Requirements**:
Basic experience with **Linux server administration** (Ubuntu, CentOS, Debian).
Understanding of **Nginx** configuration, performance tuning, and security settings.
Familiarity with **VPS management** on cloud platforms like AWS, DigitalOcean, or Linode.
Basic knowledge of **firewalls (UFW, IPTables)** and security best practices.
Comfortable using **SSH, Bash scripting, and Git**.
Eagerness to learn and improve DevOps skills.

**Nice to Have**

➕ Hands-on experience with **Docker and Kubernetes**.
➕ Knowledge of **automation tools like Ansible or Terraform**.
➕ Familiarity with **monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK Stack**.
➕ Understanding of **CI/CD pipelines** and deployment strategies.
