**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities: Telecalling Duties**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents to inform them about ITI courses.
- Follow up on leads generated through various marketing campaigns.
- Maintain a database of inquiries and provide regular follow-ups.
- Handle inbound calls and respond to student queries.
- Convert potential leads into admissions by explaining the benefits of the training programs.

**Counseling Duties**:

- Guide students in selecting the right course based on their interests, skills, and career goals.
- Provide information about eligibility criteria, course duration, fees, and career prospects.
- Address concerns related to admissions, training programs, and future job opportunities.
- Counsel students on industry trends, placement assistance, and skill development.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and admission details.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Minimum Graduate (Bachelor’s degree in any discipline preferred).
- **Experience**: 1-3 years of experience in tele calling, counseling, or student admission roles (preferably in educational institutions).
- **Skills**:

- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Strong sales and target-oriented approach.
- Ability to handle and resolve queries professionally.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software).
