Routine accounting entries like Purchase, Sales, Journal, Cash, Bank, debit / credit note etc.
- Preparation of Documents for Import and export of products.
- Preparation of Monthly Stock statement for submission with Bank.
- Preparation of Data for Monthly GST return filing, GST reconciliation with GSTR-2A/2B.
- Preparation of Data for TDS/TCS payment and TDS/TCS return filing.
- Preparation of Monthly Financial Statements, working of Depreciation chart, Valuation of

Inventories, Product Costing etc.
- Maintaining Various reports like, Fixed Asset Register, Records under GST Act, TDS related

Records, Inventory related records and reconciliation, Bank reconciliation.
- Looking after compliance with all applicable laws like, Companies Act, Income Tax Act, GST

Act, PF act, Bonus Act, Professional Tax etc.
- Providing documents and co-ordinating for various Statutory audits like Company audit, Tax

Audit, Cost Audit, GST Audit.
- Providing various reports to Directors and Managerial personnel on timely basis as required

by them.
- Preparation of documents required for various Assessments like VAT Assessment, GST Audit,

Income tax Assessment, TDS assessment etc as and when required.
- All other work as directed by Director of Company/ Partner of CA Firm.

Knowledge and Skill requirements:
- Qualification
- Experience
- 2-5 years’ experience in accounting of Manufacturing company.
- Software
- Tally Prime advance knowledge is required. Excel advance knowledge is required.
- Knowledge of Company Law, Income tax, GST is necessary.
- Good communication skill and interpersonal skill is required.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
