**Responsibilities**
- **Project Administration**: Coordinate events, including planning, participant invites and registrations, material preparation, distribution, and tracking of event details.
- **Documentation**: Maintain records of all documents and correspondence related to projects.
- **Project Monitoring**: Track and monitor project activities and progress.
- **Reporting**: Produce, review, and distribute project reports.
- **Support**: Assist the Project Manager in delivering projects on time and within budget.
- **Client Interaction**: Act as a point of contact for clients, as required.
- **Data Analysis**: Gather and analyze information to support project development and implementation.
- **Partnership Management**: Develop and manage partnerships with NGOs, government agencies, and other stakeholders.
- **Organic Certification**: Work on planning, plantation, organic certification documentation, and support inspection.
- **Field Visits**: Visit project areas and monitor organic practices.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- **Education**: B.Sc. in Agronomy
- **Communication**: Strong communication and coordination skills.
- **Organization**: Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to work independently and take initiative.
- **Reporting**: Proficient in reporting with good monitoring and evaluation skills.
- **Accountability**: Strong sense of accountability and attention to detail.
- **Adaptability**: Flexible, highly motivated self-starter.
- **Language**: Fluency in written and spoken English and the local language.
- **Knowledge**: Understanding of organic farming practices.

**Additional Information**
- **Travel**: Open to travel as required.
- **Compensation**: Up to 2 Lacs per annum (compensation package will be in line with qualification, experience, and last salary drawn).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
