**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conceptualize and design creatives for social media, websites, presentations, brochures, advertisements, and other digital/print materials.
- Develop branding elements such as logos, infographics, posters, and visual identity systems.
- Collaborate with content, marketing, and video teams to bring campaigns to life.
- Ensure designs are consistent with brand guidelines and campaign goals.
- Adapt designs across multiple formats (social media posts, reels, GIFs, banners, reports, hoardings).
- Use design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Canva, or Figma.
- Stay updated on design trends, audience preferences, and innovative techniques.
- Manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality designs within deadlines.
- Provide creative inputs during brainstorming sessions and campaign planning.
- Maintain an organized archive of design files for easy retrieval and reuse.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field.
- Proven experience as a graphic/creative designer with a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and design tools like Figma/Canva/CorelDRAW.
- Knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Strong creativity, originality, and attention to detail.
- Ability to take feedback constructively and improve designs.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Motion graphics/video editing skills are an added advantage.
